本書的編寫工作始於 2019 年,此後不久,COVID-19 疫情爆發,隨處都看得到有關勤洗手的警告,商店裡的消毒劑、肥皂和衛生紙更是銷售一空,髒污和衛生已不再只是個有趣的主題,它們至關重要。
