The Book Institute has been supporting translations into Belarusian consistently since the creation of the ©Poland Translation Programme in 1998. So far, the Institute has helped to publish over 50 translations.
In the Czech Republic, a book by Marcin Wicha Rzeczy, których nie wyrzuciłem (“Things I Didn’t Throw Out”), awarded with the Polityka Passport Award and the Witold Gombrowicz Literary Award, has just been published. The book was translated by Barbora Kolouchova. The publication was supported by the Book Institute as part of the ©POLAND Translation Programme.
In Hungary, the translation of Paweł Lisicki’s Luter. Ciemna strona rewolucji (“Luther. The Dark Side of the Revolution”) has recently been published. The book was translated by an outstanding translator Lajos Pálfalvi. The publication was supported by the Book Institute as part of the ©POLAND Translation Programme.
