The translation of Wojciech Jagielski’s book Wszystkie wojny Lary (“All Lara’s Wars”) has been published in the United States and Great Britain. The book was translated by Antonia Lloyd-Jones. The publication was supported by the Book Institute as part of the ©POLAND Translation Programme.
Today The Polish Book Institute presented a promotional film “New Books from Poland 2020” which is the worldwide showcase for this year’s selection of the most interesting and inspiring books by Polish authors presented in the English-language catalogue of the same title.
In Spain, a translation of Gucio i Cezar tam gdzie pieprz rośnie (“Gucio and Cezar in the Sticks”) by Krystyna Boglar and Bohdan Butenko has been published. The book was translated by Abel Murcia Soriano and Katarzyny Mołoniewicz. The publication of the book was supported by the Book Institute as part of the ©POLAND Translation Programme.
