On Thursday, May 15, the 30th edition of the International Book Fair and Literary Festival Svět knihy in Prague will begin. During the event, which will last until Sunday, May 18, stars of Polish literature will present themselves.

A translation of Dominika Słowik’s collection of short stories “Samosiejki” has been published in Belarus. The publication, translated by Alena Piatrowicz, was supported by the Book Institute as part of the ©POLAND Translation Program.

Translation of Wiesław Myśliwski’s “Treaty on Shelling Beans” has been published in Ukraine. The translation by Natalia Sydiaczenko was supported by the Book Institute as part of the ©POLAND Translation Program.
